Service Director of Education, SEND and Family Solutions
SALARY: £100,481

SALARY: £100,481
Joining our committed social care team, you will continue our journey of improvement, implementing our new service model and developing the conditions that allow best practice to flourish. You will be an experienced social work practitioner who will drive innovation, dedicated to effecting change that will ensure the most vulnerable achieve the best outcomes.

*The council has a contractual 3 days mandatory unpaid leave which, for the majority of services, are fixed at the Christmas period. This represents a pay deduction of 1.15% in return for which employees are afforded three days unpaid leave (pro-rata for part time staff).
